My name is Yolanda Shamy and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor licensed in Colorado and work with clients statewide via telehealth. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, EMDR, Mindfulness, and Self-Compassion as ways to help my clients make progress and start feeling better. My communication style is calm, accommodating, and personable. I want my clients to feel comfortable talking with me about anything, and I pride myself on my ability to listen without judgment.
