What's My Approach to Therapy?
I am the type of person who will go above and beyond to help you get to a place where you want to be. I am not the therapist who gives you advice or tells you how to live your life. This is judgment-free free and I will meet you where you are mentally, emotionally, and therapeutically. I have 8 years of experience in the field with various presenting concerns: anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, self-esteem, addiction, codependency, self-confidence, self-world, interpersonal relationships, grief and loss, parenting, obsessive compulsion (OCD), attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), posttraumatic stress (PTSD), emotion regulation, anger management, stress management, and I work with people of all ages. I am a solution-focused therapist who will help you find a tailor-fit solution specific to you; I do not do cookie-cutter or conveyor belt therapy. I believe we all have strengths and cope with life and stress in our own way.
