I have expertise and special interest in chronic pain and health conditions, stress, anxiety, depression, LGBTIQA+ concerns, grief and loss, obsessive-compulsive (OCD) and related conditions, and trauma-informed care. I have a nonjudgmental, hopeful, and encouraging approach. I offer free 15 minute phone consultations as well, if you have any questions or concerns before scheduling an initial session.
