If sleep has become a nightly struggle, cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)-I) offers a more focused and effective approach than general talk therapy. I offer CBT-I for chronic insomnia and sleep problems and unlike many providers who offer this specialty, I also accept insurance. CBT-I is a structured, evidence-based treatment that can help with trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, waking too early and the stress that builds around sleep.
