My Approach to Therapy
Welcome! I’m a holistic trauma therapist and a shamanic healer. I’m trauma-informed, with a feminist systems and Jungian theory approach. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Wisconsin. I have experience working with a range of issues, including eating-related challenges, bipolar, trauma-related conditions (posttraumatic stress (PTSD) and borderline personality), attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), depression, addiction, and anxiety. My background also includes time in an inpatient adult unit, where I supported clients dealing with chronic suicidal thoughts, self-harm, and addiction. Other experience includes all levels of care for eating-related challenges. I support holistic and homeopathic medication solutions, as well as psychiatric medications, as appropriate and desired by the client.
Individual shamanic sessions are also available. These are provided through journey work and trance meditation, with included elements of reiki, energy work, tuning forks, crystals, and aromatherapy. Session focus can include curse work, soul retrieval, house cleansing, attachment and cord removal, origin family, spirit animals and protectors, psychopomp work, shielding, past lives, and more.

My Practice & Services
I work part time, only Fridays, day hours 8 am to 4 pm time slots. Sessions are held virtually through Doxy.
Since my case load is very small, I work to take good care of those on my case load. Ghosting, no-shows, or sloppy attendance will be promptly discharged to make space for other clients that are ready for therapy.
I do offer a free 30 minute consultation to be sure of a good fit for both parties.
My Guiding Ethical Principles
Many life events lead me to be a therapist. It is absolutely a life calling, something I resisted for a time but was divinely lead to. My own childhood home left many traumas for me to process. I was grateful to have the supportive help of many fine therapist in my teens, 20s, and 30's. The healing journey continues; it's never complete. Progress not perfection.
During my healing journey I found lots of solutions. Some stuck and others didn't. However, healing is a buffet with lots of options. No one thing will heal everything but everything might heal some things.
One of the most powerful pieces of healing was my spiritual journey. I am Reiki Certified and completed an amazing Shamanic Apprenticeship, among other energy and spiritual classes. My spirituality is a guiding force of purpose, refuge, and connection. On a personal level, I use my spiritual abilities to heal my traumas on a daily basis. For me this often looks like morning trance meditations speaking to spiritshigher self, processing flashbacks emotions, and astro-travel at the same time. To appropiate and interested clients I often teach the basics of this kind of work. It is a modifiable procsess that can be more scientific or spiritual.
