What's My Approach to Therapy?
I believe meaningful change begins with feeling safe, seen, and understood. My work is trauma-informed and collaborative, honoring the wisdom of your nervous system, lived experiences, and inner world. I integrate Internal Family Systems (parts work), somatic approaches, and psychodynamic insight to gently explore what’s been holding you back ~ always at a pace that feels respectful and manageable.
Therapy with me is not about “fixing” you, but about helping you build awareness, self-compassion, and a deeper sense of alignment with who you are and where you’re headed. I also welcome spiritual curiosity or exploration when it feels supportive to your process.
My Practice & Services
I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, OCD, neurodivergence, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves or others, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them.
I provide LGBTQ-affirming care and primarily work with women, men, and gender-expansive clients. Whether you’re coming in on your own or with a partner, my practice is grounded in warmth, inclusivity, and respect for your unique story.
My Role as a Therapist
My role is to walk alongside you ~ steady support, insight, and therapeutic perspective as you reconnect with yourself and your relationships. Together, we?ll explore the parts of you that need care, gently untangle old patterns, and cultivate a greater sense of safety and self-trust.
You don?t have to navigate this alone. Therapy can be a space where you feel deeply understood, supported in your growth, and empowered to move forward feeling lighter, more whole, and more at home within yourself.
