I integrate experiential approaches such as EMDR and practical therapies including ACT, DBT, and CBT to help you process difficult experiences, build emotional resilience, and create meaningful change. Our work together is collaborative and paced to support lasting growth. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and empowered as you navigate life with greater ease and self-trust.

Monday's, Tuesday's, and Fridays 9:00am- 4:00pm: Online sessions for clients in Alberta, and Ontario
Saturdays, 10:00am - 2:00pm: Online sessions for clients in Alberta, and Ontario
Monday-Wednesdays, 4:00 pm - 7:00pm: Online sessions for clients in Alberta, and Ontario
