Along with working with clients around the more universal issues of anxiety, depression, relationship and family confilicts and challenges, I focus my practice on working with clients and their families experiencing acute or chronic health medical concerns and stress-related illnesses, family caregivers, families experiencing end of life transitions, and clients interested in addressing problems of trauma, stress, emotional challenges, grief and loss, chronic pain and other issues, with an integrative or mind-body approach. I also teach stress-reduction skills, and offer in office sessions in Freeland (south Whidbey Island), as well as telehealth (private video) sessions, for added access and convenience.
