My Approach to Therapy
Hi, my name is Val Gurule-Duran, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have been practicing for 20 plus years. I work with individual struggling with PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, ADHD and addiction to drugs or alcohol. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities based on my patients needs.
All of my session are complete via telehealth. I find that this has been helpful for patients to be able to be in space that is comfortable for them as we work together on common goals.
