My Approach to Helping
Current Telehealth Openings! I am a licensed mental health therapist with over 20 years of experience helping people manage anxiety, depression, and stress in life. We work together to respond to life's stressors in ways that utilize your strengths and problem solving skills. I help support self-awareness and insight with a focus on responding to our thoughts and emotions in ways that lead to more fulfillment in your life. I also support adults in parenting roles and life transitions.
I use evidence-based treatment modalities including CBT, ACT, Mindfulness, and DBT combined with a warm and empathic style. I focus on strengths and support individual growth through a combination of psychoeducation and the development of practical strategies. I provide hope by teaching skills that you can start using after our first session.
