My Approach to Helping
I provide therapeutic services for people who struggle with social anxiety. Those I help often fear being negatively judged by others. They habitually avoid most social situations. As result they experience chronic feelings of loneliness, inadequacy, embarrassment, inferiority, humiliation and depression.
Through cognitive behavioral therapy, I help clients learn evidence-based strategies so that they can improve their self confidence and become more assertive and engaged in social situations.
I have over 18 years of experience working with adolescents and adults who struggle with issues related to anxiety and depression. If you or someone you know, struggles with social anxiety, please feel free to contact me for more information.
