Tyundreya Lindsey, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

My name is Tyundreya Lindsey and I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Georgia. I have been in the mental health field for 8 years and I've worked with a diverse population, including mental health and substance abuse. My approach is centered around narrative (everyone wants to be heard) and solution-focused (moving past the issue) therapy. My passion is working with individuals and/or couples surrounding relationships; whether it be romantic, work, church, friends, etc. Provide education and tools needed to challenge yourself in relationships such as setting boundaries, the "art of saying no," conflict relationships, narrative, and solution-focused therapy.
