My Approach to Helping

It is my passion for people and relationships that led me to this profession. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, I enjoy helping couples identify areas for improvement in their relationship and find ways to re-connect and build a healthier, more satisfying relationship. I also enjoy working with individuals searching for better ways to manage stress, anger, depression and anxiety. Assisting clients in identifying their strengths and self-worth as well as ways to adjust to life-changes and transitions (i.e. grief, job-changes, relocation, etc.) are among some of the common presenting issues I've successfully helped clients overcome. I am able to do this by meeting you where you are on your journey, using a therapeutic process that focuses on your needs and goals.
