I believe in creating a therapeutic space where healing and growth can flourish for all individuals, regardless of background or identity. As a licensed clinical psychologist with over 25 years of experience, I specialize in working with teens, adults, families, and particularly women and communities of color. While I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy, I thoughtfully blend this with other evidence-based approaches to address anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions. My practice acknowledges that true wellbeing emerges from the connection between mental, physical, and social health.

I use strength-based methods to empower your wellness journey, reflected in innovative programs like my stress reduction intervention for African Americans featured on the Calm Health app. In our sessions, your experiences are valued, and your goals guide our work together.
