My clients are often people who have felt like they do not quite fit in at school, at work, or even in previous therapy. Many are neurodivergent and have accumulated years of self-doubt, burnout, or confusion about why things that seem easy for others feel so much harder for them. Some are parents who are exhausted and searching for someone who can help them truly understand their child, not just manage behavior. Others are LGBTQ+ individuals who are tired of therapists who expect them to explain the basics. Some are military families navigating the emotional complexity of a life built around service. What my clients share is a readiness to be understood and a need for a therapist who already speaks their language before they walk in the door.
