My Approach to Helping
As a depth orientated psychotherapist, I have a passion for helping clients get to the heart of the issues blocking them, so they can create the changes they want in their lives. We can't change what we are not aware of and talk therapy can help you to become aware of the "why" you are stuck in the same old thoughts, beliefs, and feelings, that are no longer working in your life... so you can then change them for the better! I offer a holistic approach where my clients learn and gain new tools they can easily bring into their daily life.
I offer a safe non-judgmental space for your healing and growth. Together we will determine the best tools you can easily incorporate into your daily life that will serve as an additional support system for your change and growth. In addition to talk therapy I offer mindfulness and breathing tools, yoga therapy, dream work, and body centered psychotherapy, which can be included in your healing toolkit.
