My Approach to Helping
Are you feeling stuck in repetitive patterns of thinking and being that you feel like you can't change or get out of? As a depth orientated psychotherapist, I have a passion for helping clients get at the heart of their issues to create the changes they want in their lives. Talk therapy can help you to become aware of the "why" you are stuck in the same old thoughts, beliefs, and feelings, that are no longer working in your life... so you can then change them for the better!
I offer a safe non-judgmental space for your healing and growth. Together we will collaborate on your individual treatment plan which will give you tools you can easily incorporate into your daily life and that will serve as an additional support system for your change and growth. In addition to talk therapy I offer mindfulness, breath work, dream work, and body centered psychotherapy, which can be included in your healing toolkit.
