What's My Approach to Therapy?

Hi there! I have a psychodynamic approach to my work with clients, where you may start with the present, and then we may weave back to the past, to understand the recurring patterns that may be getting in the way of your growth and happiness. Maybe you've been feeling something in your life isn't quite working, you're experiencing anxiety and or depression, you're going through a life transition, and or you struggle with being a highly sensitive person. You're searching for more meaning, clarity, or connection, and are eager to understand yourself more deeply. Together, we'll explore patterns in your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that may be getting in the way of you living your best life. This happens through open conversation-where you can share whatever thoughts, feelings, memories, or images that come to mind, without judgment. This process can help you get to the heart of hidden patterns that may be keeping old habits or emotional struggles in place, causing you distress and limiting your growth.

I offer expertise in yoga, meditation, and mindfulness, and I'll give you practical tools you can easily use in your daily life right away. These tools can help calm your nervous system, connect with yourself, and help you to feel grounded and present. I offer a safe space for your healing and growth. I look forward to working with you!
