My Approach to Helping
As a depth orientated psychotherapist, I will work with you to get the root of where and why you are stuck in your life, so you can find your way forward. We can't change what we are not aware of and talk therapy can help you to become aware of the "why" and "how" you are stuck in the same old thoughts, beliefs, feelings, and behaviors, that are no longer working in your life. I have a holistic approach where you will learn and gain new tools you can easily bring into their daily life.
I offer a safe non-judgmental space for your healing and growth. Together we will determine the best tools you can easily incorporate into your daily life that will serve as an additional support system for your change and growth. In addition to talk therapy, I offer mindfulness and breathing tools, yoga therapy, dream work, and body centered psychotherapy, which can be included in your healing toolkit.
