Hi! I'm Tara Hegg, a licensed professional counselor. I have a very collaborative approach to therapy as I have expertise in the field of psychology and you are the expert on yourself. I specialize in treating obsessive compulsive disorder, anxiety and related disorders, as well as sport and performance psychology and couples counseling. I generally have a relaxed approach. I like to meet clients where they're at and take our time to ease into building our therapeutic relationship. I don't like for folks to stress about coming to therapy. We take our time and go at a pace that is comfortable for you with gentle nudges from me along the way.
