You might look like you have things together on the outside, but inside you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in the same patterns, especially in relationships or during stressful life transitions. Many of the teens and young adults I work with are thoughtful, self-aware, and trying their best, yet still feel like something isn’t shifting the way they hoped it would.
My Practice & Services
I offer both in-person and telehealth therapy for teens and young adults in Wisconsin. Sessions are collaborative and paced intentionally, with a focus on helping clients feel safe, supported, and understood. I accept insurance and offer sliding scale options when available. I also provide a free 15-minute consultation to help answer questions and determine if we’re a good fit.
