I'm a licensed clinical social worker(LCSW) based in Georgia and have been in the mental health field for 12 years. I have a client-centered approach and specialize in treating women and mothers struggling with depression, anxiety, pre and postpartum, stress, burnout, being overwhelmed, establishing boundaries, life transitions, and time management.

I create a calm and nonjudgemental atmosphere where clients can show up as their most authentic selves. I remind clients that I am human and experience life just like them and I am a regular person so feel free to express yourself in any way you need to during the session because it is a safe space.
