My Approach to Therapy

I am passionate about working with young and helping professionals who feel stuck in their job, are questioning their career path, or who may love their career but feel paralyzed by anxiety or fear of not being enough. I support healthcare and public service workers in navigating the complexities and vicarious stress that is inextricably connected with serving the communities we love. I also am deeply passionate about working with emerging LGBTQ+ adults who are questioning and integrating their identities and sexualities. Most importantly, I work with you. I strive to create a space and path forward that feels uniquely tailored to you. I support young and established professionals cut through the noise of everyday life and feel confident to make choices that are more aligned with your personal and professional aspirations. I help LGBTQ+ adults feel empowered in their lives by reducing self-doubt, anxiety, and fear, and increasing your confidence to live a braver, bolder life. Ready to book a session with me?
