My Approach to Helping

I am passionate about working with young and helping professionals who feel stuck in their job, are questioning their career path, or who may love their career but feel paralyzed by anxiety or fear of not being enough. I support healthcare and public service workers in navigating the complexities and vicarious stress that is inextricably connected with serving the communities we love. I also am deeply passionate about working with emerging LGBTQ+ adults who are questioning and integrating their identities and sexualities. Most importantly, I work with you. I strive to create a space and path forward that feels uniquely tailored to you.

I support young and established professionals cut through the noise of everyday life and feel confident to make choices that are more aligned with your personal and professional aspirations. I help LGBTQ+ adults feel empowered in their lives by reducing self-doubt, anxiety, and fear, and increasing your confidence to live a braver, bolder life.

Ready to book a session with me? Have more questions? Call to schedule a free 15 minute phone consultation. I offer individual sessions via secure online video platform. Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

I began my career working with nationally recognized experts at The Meadows, a renowned inpatient center specializing in trauma and addiction recovery. There, I worked with clients struggling with substance abuse, compulsive behaviors, combat-related trauma, moral injury, sexual abuse, depression, anxiety, and family of origin issues. I enjoy working with diverse clientele and I am LGBTQIA+ inclusive and informed and will provide letters of support for medical transition. My emphasis has been working with young professionals, helping-professionals in early phases of their career, and young and middle-aged adults.
