I really appreciate the time and consideration in making me your therapist. I do not take that lightly. I really strive to provide a nonjudgmental environment, and want to help clients feel empowered and strong again. Some clients have deeper issues and are in therapy for a while, and others just need a tweak. Whatever your need is, where you start is not where you have to stay.

Please reach out and ask any questions you wish. I have had many express that I am calm and easy to talk to. I know it is hard sometimes to take that first step, but you won't regret it. Counseling definitely is not instant, and takes time, but a better you is waiting on the other side.

My Role as a Therapist

I see therapy as your time. You bring the things you would like to address to the table, how you feel your life is going, and where you want to fix it. Then I guide you through that process. I do not dictate or force what we are going to talk about in session and love it when some one comes saying "I know what I want to discuss today."
