I am deeply committed to facilitating healing by working together to reinforce your connection to yourself, others, and the world around you—while always honoring who you are, your strengths, and your life story. My style is flexible and largely integrative, drawing upon diverse approaches to therapy, including acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy. Within this, I tailor my approach to work with your unique goals, experiences, and challenges.

I work from a strengths-based perspective, incorporating humor and Mindfulness therapies into our sessions, co-creating a therapeutic relationship grounded in patience, empathy, understanding, and empowerment. At all times, I meet you where you’re at in your healing journey, while providing you with the support to get to where you want to be.
