My Approach to Helping
I work with adults and seniors, individuals, couples, families and groups struggling with anxiety, depression, and identity issues. I help by allowing you to tell your story, tap into your individual strengths to facilitate healing, achieve greater emotional intelligence, develop healthier communication styles and overcome your life challenges. Within a Strength-based, Client-centered environment, I utilize an eclectic approach using elements of Solution Focused Brief Therapy, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Positive Psychology.

I'm available for a FREE initial phone consultation to assess whether I can assist you. At this time appointments are available on Saturdays and Sundays between the hours of 11 AM -7 PM

My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy
Therapy gives you an opportunity to explore your true self in a comfortable and non-judgemental way. I advocate for Mental Health education and self-education as therapy is an intense curriculum in oneself.
