Through emotional and mental support with CBT, DBT, EMDR, MindfulnessSelf-Care, resources, and skills; I can help you to process your thoughts and emotions in peace and help guide you to make positive changes so you can finally live your life again! Life can be tough and we can all do with an extra listening ear or emotional and mental support. Life can be overwhelming with unexpected events or a sudden turn in life that we didn't expect.
