I’m experienced in inpatient, outpatient, and advocacy centres for teens, adults, LGBTQIA+ people, creative individuals, and those navigating. At all times, I focus on providing holistic, evidence-based care that honours your healing journey while teaching valuable coping strategies. My specialities include anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness or pain, trauma-informed care, navigating life transitions, substance use, self-esteem issues, identity challenges, and more. In our work together, you’ll undergo true transformation in a setting that fosters growth, trust, and connection, drawing from evidence-based practices like cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) to meet you where you are.
