My Approach to Therapy
My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and tailored to each person’s unique experiences and needs. As a neurodivergent therapist, I understand that healing is not one-size-fits-all. I work with adults navigating attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), autism, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, and life transitions. I believe meaningful growth happens through connection, safety, and curiosity, and I strive to create a supportive space where you feel understood, empowered, and able to explore your inner world at your own pace.
My Role as a Therapist
As a therapist, my role is to create a compassionate and nonjudgmental space where you can better understand yourself, process difficult experiences, and feel more supported in your day-to-day life. I integrate evidence-based and relational approaches ? including ACT, CBT, DBT, IFS, psychodynamic, attachment-based, mindfulness, and trauma-focused therapies ? while tailoring the work to what feels most supportive and effective for you. Together, we?ll focus on building self-trust, emotional insight, coping tools, and meaningful, lasting change.
