I help people overcome mental, emotional, and relationship challenges so they can live better, more meaningful lives. Utilizing approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), grounded in interpersonal and psychodynamic work, I strive to make therapy a warm, caring, transformative space. After obtaining my MSW from Simmons in 2017 I worked as a school social worker and mobile crisis clinician. In 2020, I began working as an outpatient therapist, and in 2022, I began working as a clinical supervisor. I bring to my private practice a commitment to provide top-quality care and gratitude for the chance to do so. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts. I am currently in-network with Aetna, Carelon, Cigna, and Harvard Pilgrim. Tufts, Optum (UnitedMGB), and Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) are in process, expected by November 2026.
