My Approach to Helping
I adapt to the unique personality and circumstances of each individual or couple. My counseling style is tender-hearted, gentle, and attentive to matters of the heart. Multiple therapeutic approaches are used including Trauma Informed, Cognitive Behavioral, Emotional Intelligence, Acceptance, and Commitment Therapy as well as other methods appropriate for the client’s needs. I believe the counseling experience is a time for developing self-awareness, accepting truth, making healthy changes, and recovering inner peace.
