I work with adults who are navigating the painful effects of emotionally unavailable mothers, emotional neglect, narcissistic abuse, mother wounds, family estrangement, and grief. Many of the people I see are trying to make sense of grief, repeated disappointment, or the quiet realization that a relationship may never become what they hoped it would be. In our time together, you will have space to speak vulnerably about what you’ve been through. We will gently explore your experiences, your emotional responses, and the patterns that may be keeping you feeling stuck. Along the way, we will focus on strengthening your sense of self, building confidence, and helping you move toward a life that feels more grounded and meaningful. My approach is trauma-focused, calm, supportive, and thoughtful. I do not rush the process. Therapy is not about pressure or expectations; it is about creating a space where you can feel heard, respected, and understood. If you’re feeling hesitant, that’s okay. Many people are.
