Sherita Tartt, LPC for the state of Georgia. I am a Christian therapist. My approach to therapy and the modalities that I use is cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy. I focus on the areas of assisting the client in eliminating stress, anxiety, and symptoms of depression.

I try to create a therapeutic environment that is laid back and easygoing. The goal is to make the client feel comfortable and at ease. Working with me is like laying on a soft pillow under a warm blanket. I guide the session but also allow the client to lead where they would like to go. We take the journey together.
