Sheila Kendrick, Licensed Professional Counselor

Greetings, My name is Sheila Kendrick. I am a licensed professional counselor. I provide telehealth counseling services to clients in the state of Georgia. I specifically work with adults who are experiencing anxiety and depression and have experienced trauma, using eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. This includes military veterans struggling with posttraumatic stress (PTSD) symptoms.

My communication style is calm, nonjudgmental, empathetic, and personable. Listening is an important part of my communication style. I want my clients to feel heard and validated as they entrust me with their personal stories and struggles.
