We have a team of professionals who have extensive experience with mental health, substance abuse, addictions, phobias, burnout, fatigue, women's and men's issues, life transitions, depression, anxiety, and trauma. We rely on evidence-based practices, particularly cognitive behavioral approaches (CBT), dialectic behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR), motivational interviewing (MI), mindfulness, and solution-focused treatment modalities.
