Let's work as a team and get through this together!!!!!!! Do you want change but are skeptical about receiving therapy? Changes in our lives can be intimidating, especially when we're uncertain about how to resolve our issues or about who to trust for assistance. As a Clinical Mental Health Therapist and OEF Marine Corps Veteran, I not only understand this struggle but have successfully treated various clients who used to feel that same way. Furthermore, I've also learned that more than one approach is often necessary to effectively resolve multiple issues a client may be facing, which is why I use an Integrative Therapy approach. This effective multimodal-approach does the following: 1) Employs various interventions and strategies from multiple psychological perspectives 2) Allows clients the benefit of experiencing a tailor-made treatment that helps address primary and unique concerns they're experiencing and 3) Inclusively treats challenges from various angles so that underlying issues can be resolved in a supportive environment. As we work together as a team, you will receive the tools and guidance necessary to gain understanding, develop growth, acquire mindfulness and feel empowerment to overcome obstacles and achieve aspirations that will lead you overall to a better quality of life.

I have 2 convenient (In-person) locations in the South MiamiCoral Gables area at Sunset Place and in the Doral area at City Place. Both locations are near public transportation (Buses, Metrorail) and are close to major expressways (FL-836, FL-826, FL-878), highways (US1 South Dixie Hwy) and intersections (NW 57 Ave US1, NW 36 St 82nd Ave). Each location has available Handicap parking, Elevators, Wheelchair accessible ramps and restrooms. Teletherapy appointments are available as well.
