I work with teens and adults sorting out identity, self-worth, purpose, and direction: the perfectionism and people-pleasing, the imposter feelings, the existential questions about what you are doing with your life, and the shaky self-esteem underneath it all. Together we get clear on what actually matters to you. My approach is warm, reflective, and practical. Drawing on CBT, ACT, IFS, somatic, and narrative work, we quiet the inner critic, untangle who you are from who you think you should be, and build real self-worth and direction.
