Using a range of different modalities tailored to your needs, I'll help you gain tools to navigate anxiety, depression, insecurities and trauma in order to build a healthy relationship with yourself and others, find a sense of purpose, overcome past trauma and grow through your challenges.
I became a therapist because I care deeply about humans and their journeys.
