What's My Approach to Therapy?
Healing isn't linear, and it doesn't happen through insight alone — it happens through relationship, safety, and genuine understanding. I take a holistic, body-informed approach that honors the whole person: emotionally, mentally, and physically. Drawing from trauma-informed, somatic, psychodynamic, and neurodiversity-affirming frameworks, I work collaboratively with clients to untangle old patterns, process difficult experiences, and build a life that feels authentically theirs. Every person deserves a space where they are truly seen — and that's what I'm here to provide.
My Practice & Services
My practice is focused on providing individualized, whole-person care in a space that feels safe and collaborative. I work with teens (12+) and adults, and I especially welcome neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD and Autism, who may have had disappointing therapy experiences in the past. I believe the right therapeutic relationship makes all the difference — and I'm committed to getting that right before anything else.

My areas of deepest expertise include ADHD, Autism and neurodivergence, trauma and PTSD, and anxiety ? with particular experience supporting teens navigating these challenges. My occupational therapy background gives me a unique, body-informed lens on all of these, especially where sensory experience, nervous system dysregulation, and emotional processing intersect. I also work regularly with depression, life transitions, self-esteem, grief, relationship issues, and women's concerns.
