What's My Approach to Therapy?

If you’re struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, relationship issues, or identity concerns, you’re not alone. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or unsure of their purpose — even though they’re doing “all the right things.” You may find yourself stuck in repeating patterns, especially in relationships, or craving a deeper sense of meaning and self-understanding. I offer an integrative approach blending psychodynamic, mindfulness, transpersonal, and existential therapy. My work supports mind-body-spirit integration and helps clients heal, grow, and reconnect with deeper meaning, authenticity, and unconscious inner wisdom. Beginning therapy is a courageous act, especially when you're overwhelmed with life. It isn’t about fixing you—it’s about coming home to yourself. Together, we’ll create a compassionate space to explore your inner world, release what no longer serves, and reconnect with wholeness.
