My areas of focus include anxiety, eating issues, trauma, life transitions, and the unique stressors experienced by athletes and healthcare providers. I also work with individuals who want to build healthier, more fulfilling relationships, whether with partners, friends, or family members.
My vibe is warm, collaborative, and conversational. I want you to feel safe, truly heard, and supported as you navigate whatever life’s throwing your way.
I value long-term relationships with clients, walking with you through life’s plot twists while building trust, connection, and genuine care along the way.
We’ll do important work, but we’ll also laugh a little, talk about your hobbies and passions, and maybe even dive into a few pop-culture moments.
My Practice & Services
Virtual sessions are available in Ohio, Illinois, Kentucky, New York, and Florida. Pet cameos are always welcome during the session!
