My Approach to Therapy

Do you feel trapped in a cycle of anxiety, tension, or emotional overwhelm? At our practice, we offer a grounded, supportive space to begin or continue your mental health journey. We gently explore the roots of anxiety, trauma, self-doubt, and life stressors to help you break free from patterns, build self-compassion, and reconnect with your inner resilience. Through a blend of cognitive and somatic therapies, we work with the mind and body to help release physical discomfort, support nervous system regulation, and quiet inner tension. Healing is a journey filled with possibilities, and we aim to support you through it. We offer an eclectic counseling style for adult and adolescent clients, so we can accommodate your mental wellness needs. We combine elements of cognitive behavioral therapy (), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), internal family systems (IFS), and somatic grounding interventions. You will work with your clinician to decide what types of therapy fit your needs best. Ready to begin therapy or continue therapy? All of our therapists are now accepting in-person or virtual clients in New York. Feel free to reach out and schedule a free 15-minute consultation to learn more about what we offer and to get your questions answered as you start your mental health journey.

My Practice & Services

Our small Buffalo based practice offers compassionate, individualized mental health care in a warm and welcoming environment. We believe therapy should feel collaborative, nonjudgmental, and tailored to the unique needs of each person. Our therapists work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the everyday stressors that can make life feel overwhelming. We draw from evidence-based approaches while considering the whole person—including their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and body. As a small practice, we value genuine connection and strive to create a space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported as they work toward meaningful change.
