Sometimes what makes the greatest difference is having a steady, compassionate person walking beside us. I offer a warm, relational space where you are met with genuine care, thoughtful attention, and deep respect. I believe that meaningful change happens within the safety of a trusting therapeutic relationshipone where you are seen, heard, and understood. I work with adults navigating life transitions, relational struggles, and challenging life experiences.

I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, and depression by using evidence-based techniques. I integrate various cognitive, somatic, and psycho dynamic modalities to build emotional and physical regulation and strengthen self-compassion. I am trained in attachment-focused EMDR and the treatment of PTSD.
