While each of us carries an innate capacity to grow and recover from difficult experiences—even trauma—we are not meant to navigate those journeys without support. Sometimes what makes the greatest difference is having a steady, compassionate person walking beside us. I offer a warm, relational space where you are met with genuine care, thoughtful attention, and deep respect. I believe that meaningful change happens within the safety of a trusting therapeutic relationship—one where you are seen, heard, and understood. I work with adults navigating life transitions, relational struggles, and challenging life experiences.

I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, and depression by using evidence-based techniques. I integrate various cognitive, somatic, and psycho dynamic modalities to build emotional and physical regulation and strengthen self-compassion. I am trained in attachment-focused EMDR and the treatment of PTSD.
