What's My Approach to Therapy?
I specialize in posttraumatic stress (PTSD) and trauma care for adolescents and adults, helping people navigate their trauma with compassion and authenticity in a safe, person-centred environment. My goal is to help you process pain and rediscover hope through an integrated, holistic approach designed to help you improve self-esteem and overcome difficult memories or triggers while addressing the mind, body, and spirit. Your care may include dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR), and many other modalities to help you find healing.
Working together, you can expect a safe and nonjudgmental environment. I believe in bringing authenticity to all sessions, which helps me be a genuine and trustworthy partner in therapy.
