I take a collaborative, client-centered approach to working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of concerns. Grounded in a trauma-informed framework, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and respected. While life can be challenging, meaningful support can foster personal growth, strengthen self-compassion, and help individuals recognize their inherent strengths. I work with concerns including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, self-esteem, stress, relationship challenges, neurodivergence, and trauma. As an integrative somatic therapist, I draw from a variety of theories and techniques, tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs of each client. I am attuned to the complexities of parenting stress, international transitions, and navigating relationships with family living overseas. With a background in the performing arts, I also enjoy supporting clients in exploring and nurturing their creative expression. I value building warm, trusting therapeutic relationships and enjoy working with individuals across the lifespan.
