My Approach to Therapy
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I believe that many of our current struggles are rooted in past experiences, relationships, and the meanings we have made about ourselves over time. Using a combination of psychodynamic, attachment-based, emotionally focused therapy (EFT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR)-informed interventions, I help clients explore underlying patterns, build insight, and develop healthier ways of coping and relating to themselves and others. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can process difficult experiences, strengthen emotional regulation, and move toward lasting change and greater authenticity in their lives and relationships.

I welcome individuals and couples from all backgrounds and walks of life. Whether you're seeking support for anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, self-esteem, or personal growth, I strive to provide a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel heard and supported. My goal is to help you gain insight, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change. I offer both in-person and telehealth appointments and work collaboratively with each client to develop a treatment approach that fits their unique needs and goals.
