My Approach to Therapy

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and mental health therapist providing couples counseling and relationship therapy through online and in-person sessions. If youre feeling stuck in emotional or relationship patterns, overwhelmed by anxiety or mood changes, or disconnected from yourself or others, therapy can help. Together, well slow things down, explore whats beneath the surface, and make sense of how past experiences and relationships are shaping your present. You will have a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel seen and heard as we work toward relief, clarity, and more satisfying connections. Well focus not only on easing symptoms, but on understanding emotional patterns and attachment dynamics so you can respond in healthier, more supportive ways. I work with individuals, couples, and families to understand patterns, triggers, and nervous system responses that impact emotions and relationships. Together, we explore the underlying issues, build awareness, and develop healthier ways of coping and relating. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if youve been feeling stuck or overwhelmed for a long time. You dont need to have it all figured out. Therapy can be a place to feel safe, understood, and supported as you create meaningful change. I am supervised by Odette Tomlinson, Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S).
