My Approach to Therapy

As a licensed clinical social worker and therapist, I am passionate about helping patients reconnect with their bodies, uncover patterns that keep them stuck, and move toward healing with presence and empowerment. I specialize in mind-body trauma work, addiction recovery, and confidence-building for adults, taking a relational and somatic approach that helps you release the weight of trauma or inner struggles to rediscover the strength within. I support patients who are seekers—those who know there’s more to life than just coping, who want to heal old wounds, reconnect with their bodies, and grow into greater self-acceptance and confidence. You may be navigating religious trauma, identity exploration, or simply feeling stuck, but above all else, you hold a deep desire for lasting change. Together, we create space for healing, insight, and practical tools that support both resilience and transformation. I believe in the power of compassion and authenticity, a credence that ensures steady and supportive guidance in your healing journey. In our sessions, you can expect a grounded and collaborative environment that incorporates somatic practices and trauma-informed therapy to help you heal patterns in both mind and body. No matter your struggles, you can trust in me to always show warmth and empowerment, and to tailor care to your unique needs. My goal is to walk alongside you as you explore new possibilities, uncover inner strength, and create meaningful change that feels sustainable, empowering, and uniquely yours.

My Practice & Services

A journey into exceptional patient care. My path to becoming a therapist began with a deep curiosity about healing—how the mind, body, and spirit hold pain, and the possibility of transformation. This journey shaped my commitment to offering compassionate, trauma-informed care. In my practice now, I bring authenticity, presence, and a belief in the power of connection to every session, creating space for clients to feel seen, supported, and empowered. Outside of my clinical work, I find immense joy in creativity, movement, and connection. I love live music, cozy mornings with my cat, Mister Bo, reading, yoga, weightlifting, walking outdoors, and painting. I’m also so grateful to live in Colorado, where nature, music, and meaningful friendships are always within reach. At SOL Mental Health, we are committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to everyone's needs. Our team of experienced clinicians covers a wide range of services, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more, ensuring comprehensive support for every stage of life.
