Samantha Defelice, Licensed Professional Counselor

Samantha DeFelice is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 11 years of experience. She focuses on helping adolescents and adults achieve their goals. Samantha previously worked in community mental health, where she supported people through a wide range of mental health issues and other life challenges. Samantha specializes in anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and understanding core beliefs and how they impact the choices we make in life, and she is open to working with people facing all types of life challenges.

Samantha completed her master’s degree in counseling at Missio Seminary (previously Biblical Theological Seminary). She doesn’t feel this limits her to only a faith-based setting, though. After working in community mental health for eight years, she has gained a lot of experience and growth in that area. Samantha uses client-centered and goal-centered approaches early on to help determine the best way to work together on what you want to focus on. Once goals are established, she continues with client-centered care to stay focused on what’s best for you in any given session. Life comes at you fast and is constantly changing.
