What's My Approach to Therapy?
Using evidence-based techniques and theories, I help clients navigate life’s challenges while working toward growth, healing, and balance. As co-founder of Rule 62 Therapy, I am committed to creating a compassionate, supportive space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences and move toward their truest potential. I began my counseling journey in 1991 as a volunteer at a residential treatment center for teens, and since then I have worked with clients through both challenge and triumph.
My approach is evidence-based, integrative, holistic, and trauma-informed, grounded in an understanding of how thoughts, behaviors, and past experiences shape the present. Therapy is a collaborative journey where we will clarify what matters most to you, create goals, identify obstacles, and develop practical tools for resilience and lasting change.
