As co-founder of Rule 62 Therapy, I am committed to creating a compassionate, supportive space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences and move toward their truest potential. I began my counseling journey in 1991 as a volunteer at a residential treatment center for teens, and since then I have worked with clients through both challenge and triumph.
My approach is evidence-based, integrative, holistic, and trauma-informed, grounded in an understanding of how thoughts, behaviors, and past experiences shape the present. Therapy is a collaborative journey where we will clarify what matters most to you, create goals, identify obstacles, and develop practical tools for resilience and lasting change. - At Rule 62 Therapy, we work with a diverse range of clients across the lifespan, including adolescents, young adults, adults, and older adults.
