Sade's baseline and foundation for providing therapy is to have an unconditional positive therapeutic regard for her clients while using a variety of modalities, including Cognitive behavioral therapy, Rational emotive behavior therapy, Psychodynamic, Strengths Perspective, and Person-Centered therapies.
