My Approach to Helping
I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. I work with clients ranging from age 9 to individuals in their late 60s. My treatment approach is integrative and client-centered, incorporating mindfulness and empathy to create a supportive and personalized therapeutic experience tailored to each client's unique needs.
I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds, as varied experiences help me grow as a clinician. However, I particularly enjoy working with clients in their 30s and 40s facing past trauma, maladaptive habits, and relationship challenges. They seek therapy to reduce anxiety and depression, heal, and build healthier relationships. Many recognize these struggles have persisted too long and are ready for change. This age group often has more autonomy, allowing for deeper engagement. Seeing visible progress over time makes the healing journey both rewarding and transformative.
I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamic therapy, using an integrative, client-centered approach to foster personal growth, self-awareness, and emotional healing. I help clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and relationship difficulties by providing a safe and supportive space where they feel heard and understood. Through mindfulness techniques, empathetic guidance, and personalized interventions, I empower individuals to develop coping skills, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and build resilience. My goal is to support clients in gaining insight into their emotions and behaviors while fostering meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
