I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. My training is in Systems Therapy, with a foundation in strength-based, solution-focused, postmodern, and narrative therapy. I am influenced by oppression-sensitive practices and leverage my clients’ strengths to create effective solutions.
My training in Physiology and Systems therapy helps me deepen my insights into the neurobiology of relationships and emotions. It also helps me to understand mind and body connection.
