Telehealth can be a convenient option for individuals with busy schedules, and once care is established and symptoms are stable, follow-up visits are often spaced out according to clinical needs. I strive to make scheduling, communication, and follow-up as simple and stress-free as possible. In addition to individual psychiatric care, I work collaboratively with therapists and other providers when helpful, and Im happy to coordinate care as part of a broader treatment team.
