Session Fees: I accept select insurance plans and also offer transparent self-pay options. Many insurance plans—especially high-deductible plans—require patients to pay the full visit cost until their deductible is met, even when care is in-network.

For patients who prefer predictable pricing, self-pay rates are available. The initial comprehensive psychiatric evaluation is $250, and follow-up visits are $125 for 30 minutes. I’m always happy to review fees in advance and help you understand your options so there are no surprises.

I believe mental health care should be accessible and affordable. When appropriate, I’m willing to work with patients around pricing and visit frequency to make care sustainable. Telehealth appointments are available, and once treatment is established and symptoms are stable, follow-ups are often spaced every few months based on clinical needs.

What's My Approach to Therapy?

If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to turn, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure this out by yourself. Many people come to me feeling exhausted from managing symptoms or frustrated by care that feels rushed or impersonal. My goal is to offer a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported from the very first conversation.

I work in a warm, collaborative way, taking time to understand your full story rather than just a list of symptoms. Together, we’ll look at what’s going on beneath the surface and create a plan that fits your life. My approach blends thoughtful medication management with evidence-based therapy, allowing us to address both immediate concerns and long-term growth.

In our work together, you can expect open communication, practical tools you can use outside of sessions, and care that adapts as your needs change. Whether you’re seeking relief, clarity, or a sense of balance, I’m here to help you move forward at a pace that feels right for you.

My Practice & Services

My practice is designed to feel calm, supportive, and straightforward, both clinically and logistically. I value taking the time to truly understand each person I work with, so care never feels rushed or impersonal. Appointments are intentional and focused, with an emphasis on clarity, collaboration, and realistic progress.

I offer both in-person and telehealth appointments for individuals located in Utah. Telehealth can be a convenient option for individuals with busy schedules, and once care is established and symptoms are stable, follow-up visits are often spaced out according to clinical needs. I strive to make scheduling, communication, and follow-up as simple and stress-free as possible.

In addition to individual psychiatric care, I work collaboratively with therapists and other providers when helpful, and I’m happy to coordinate care as part of a broader treatment team. My goal is to provide care that feels sustainable, personalized, and supportive, meeting you where you are and helping you move forward at a pace that feels right.
