Together, we’ll look at what’s going on beneath the surface and create a plan that fits your life. My approach blends thoughtful medication management with evidence-based therapy, allowing us to address both immediate concerns and long-term growth.

My Practice & Services
My practice is designed to feel calm, supportive, and straightforward, both clinically and logistically. I value taking the time to truly understand each person I work with, so care never feels rushed or impersonal. Appointments are intentional and focused, with an emphasis on clarity, collaboration, and realistic progress.
I offer both in-person and telehealth appointments for individuals located in Utah. Telehealth can be a convenient option for individuals with busy schedules, and once care is established and symptoms are stable, follow-up visits are often spaced out according to clinical needs. I strive to make scheduling, communication, and follow-up as simple and stress-free as possible.
In addition to individual psychiatric care, I work collaboratively with therapists and other providers when helpful, and I’m happy to coordinate care as part of a broader treatment team. My goal is to provide care that feels sustainable, personalized, and supportive, meeting you where you are and helping you move forward at a pace that feels right.
